1. For the equipment installed by the cement plant itself, when carrying out the process design by itself or reviewing the process drawing of the design unit, we should consider our own installation conditions and decide which kind of sizing block placement method is adopted. Then, the thickness of the secondary pouring layer of the foundation is determined according to the sizing block placement method. Generally, there are two ways to place the sizing block. The first is to grind the sizing block, that is, shovel and grind the foundation surface at the position where the sizing block is placed on the foundation surface to make the foundation surface flat, and then place the sizing block between the ground foundation surface and the equipment base. When the sizing block is placed in this way, the distance between the foundation surface and the equipment base is about 50mm, the minimum shall not be less than 30mm, and the maximum shall not be higher than 100mm; The second is the placement method of sand pier sizing block, that is, after the equipment foundation is poured, place the iron box where the sizing block needs to be placed on the foundation surface, make a cement sand pier in the iron box, place the sizing block on the sand pier, and level each sizing block with a level gauge? When the sizing block is placed in this way, the distance between the foundation surface and the equipment base is about 100 ~ 150mm. During the inspection and acceptance of the equipment foundation, pay attention to the deviation between the elevation of the foundation surface and the process design elevation, and then calculate the total thickness of the sizing block and the thickness combination of each sizing block according to the actual elevation, so as to meet the installation specification requirements that the number of each group of sizing blocks is up to 4

3. In order to save time and facilitate adjustment, do not put all the sizing blocks required for the equipment base in place at one time. As long as four groups of sizing blocks are placed at the four corners of the base against the anchor bolts, and other sizing blocks are placed after preliminary leveling

4. During the process design, the foundation reserved hole of the anchor bolt should not be placed too large, so that each group of sizing block has enough area. However, if the foundation reserved hole of the anchor bolt is too large or the civil engineering is too large (this often happens), and the sizing block cannot be placed near the anchor bolt, one or two groups of sizing blocks can be temporarily placed near the anchor bolt. After the equipment is roughly leveled, the anchor bolt is poured and cured until the German reprap explanation period, and then one or two groups of sizing blocks can be placed next to the poured anchor bolt as required, The temporarily placed 1 or 2 groups of sizing blocks can be removed or retained according to the distance from the anchor bolt

5. The size of sizing block can generally meet the requirements of bearing equipment load, but there are exceptions. Therefore, when placing the sizing block, it is necessary to roughly calculate the area of the sizing block. If the size of the sizing block is not enough, it is necessary to add several groups of auxiliary sizing blocks; In addition, when placing pairs of inclined sizing blocks, it is necessary to ensure the contact area between the inclined sizing block and the equipment base. Do not make the whole sizing block unable to bear the equipment load due to the insufficient size of the flat sizing block and the insufficient contact area between the inclined sizing block and the equipment base

6. After the equipment is roughly leveled and before the foundation bolt is poured, the thin iron sheet and other objects shall be placed between the foundation bolt hole and the foundation bolt of the equipment base to ensure that the foundation bolt is centered in the hole, so that there is room for adjustment in the precision of the equipment. During pouring, the foundation bolt shall not be tilted

7. During the installation of the motor, if the equipment manufacturer has not made a steel frame support or base plate for the motor, a self-made steel base plate with a thickness of 20 ~ 30mm and a width and length equal to the bottom support of the motor shall be placed under the two bases of the motor during the installation. 8. After the precise leveling of the equipment position and before the second pouring, the pad iron group shall be spot welded, and some equipment bases shall be spot welded together with the pad iron, but some equipment are not allowed to spot weld the pad iron group with the equipment base, such as the casing support of high-temperature fan, the position of its support hole and anchor bolt shall take into account the amount of thermal expansion. At the same time, the support and the expansion sliding plate installed at the lower part are not allowed to be spot welded, so that the casing support can extend freely on the sliding plate during thermal expansion, During the second pouring, the height of the second pouring layer shall not be higher than the upper surface of the expansion sliding plate
